Depends on how messy your QBs was lol. Mine was a disaster. It took a bit, but the Puzzle team helped me out with some of the setup. Worth it in the end though, way better automation.

How does Puzzle compare to Bench? Bench seems more like a human bookkeeper service, while Puzzle is more automated, right?

You got it. Bench is basically outsourcing your bookkeeping. Puzzle is more about giving you the tools to automate a lot of it yourself, with AI helping. Different approaches.

Yeah, Puzzle is definitely more self-serve but smarter than just typical software. Bench has people doing the work. If you want full hands-off, Bench might be better, but Puzzle gives you more control and real-time data.

I haven't canceled, but they have export options for all your reports and ledgers. Pretty standard stuff, should be easy to get your data out.
